These SMS Terms & Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern text messages sent by Neifers. By opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms and authorize Neifers to send messages to the mobile number you provide.
Program Description
The Neifers SMS program provides messages related to quote requests, customer support, project and account updates, consultation reminders, verification codes, and occasional Neifers promotional offers. Messages may be sent using an automated system.
Opt-In and Consent
You may opt in by checking the SMS consent box when submitting our Request a Quote form or through another clearly disclosed consent method. The checkbox is optional, is not selected by default, and expressly identifies the transactional and promotional message categories included in the program. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided and that you are authorized to consent to messages at that number.
Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with Neifers. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data charges are your responsibility.
Opt-Out
You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to any Neifers text message. After you send STOP, we may send one confirmation message. You will then receive no further SMS messages from that program unless you opt in again.

Supported Carriers
Delivery is subject to your wireless carrier's network availability and is not guaranteed. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
We handle information associated with the SMS program as described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in information and consent are not sold or shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian and have a text-messaging-enabled mobile device with a participating carrier.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these SMS Terms periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised update date. Your continued participation after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised SMS Terms.
